An Interesting Use Of Direct Messages on Twitter
So today I was going through my reader this morning and I found a post by Gini Dietrich about Using LinkedIn to Prospect for New Business. I really enjoyed the article, and while reading it I realized I wasn't using LinkedIn enough....... anyway, that is a totally different topic that I am sure I will be writing about later. MarketMeSuite Dashboard Now Free
I recently wrote a post on the comparisons of the 2 major players in social media management called HootSuite vs Tweetdeck 2011, and I actively use both. Today I learned that another great social media dashboard, MarketMeSuite is now free (previously only premium accounts). I had tried MMS in the past but opted to keep TweetDeck and Hootsuite instead.
Now that MMS is free, I seriously think it is worth a try for anyone managing a personal brand all the way up to community managers like myself!

Why Mike Stenger Unfollowed Me on Twitter
So, I have a pretty good friend online, Mike Stenger, who had unfollowed me on Twitter recently. Why? Because my Twitter stream was filled with no conversations and only links!
We discussed Automation in Moderation last week, and I had removed ALL automated tools from my Twitter at that point. Let me clarify something here:
